Unfortunately Discord forced bots to not be able to use commands like we use to have "-ticket, !ticket" etc. Although, with Supreme (as it doesn't use the standard Helper.gg bot, but your own super cool custom bot (check that out ;) ) you can still use custom commands like -ticket !ticket and so on.
We support having the ability to change your bots prefix, so our bot doesn't collide with another bot you may already have. By default we use - although some would prefer a ! or a ? and so on. So check out below how to change the bot prefix!
Navigate to our panel
Once you're on our panel, login with your Discord account, select your guild.
Changing your prefix
If you select "Global Variables" and on the left hand side you will see "Bot Prefix" under "Global Settings", as mentioned above it is by default - so change it to something more in your liking.
